Running away seems to have helpeed ypu ypu are pretty fast so you get away from all the monsters and escape safely but suddently you see a new monster and it seems to be friendly it acts just like a bunny cute and friendly maybe not all of them have turned into monsters so you can either get close to it and try to pet it or leave it alone it could be dangerous.
